Port of Kotor to begin dividend distribution of €715,260
, NewsBay of Kotor will start distributing a total gross dividend of €715,260 tomorrow. The dividend payout, based on a decision approved by the Shareholders’ Assembly at the end of June, will be carried out through Prva Banka’s branch network, with a valid identification document required.
Shareholders eligible for the dividend are those listed in Luka Kotor’s shareholder registry at the Central Securities Depository on the date of the dividend payout decision.
