PLC Morača begins dividend payout to shareholders

The Business Logistics Center (PLC) Morača has informed its shareholders that, based on the decision of the Shareholders’ Assembly, the dividend payout to shareholders will begin.

“Shareholders of the company who were listed as owners of securities with the Central Securities Depository on June 28 of last year, the day the Shareholders’ Assembly decision was made, are entitled to the dividend payment,” the statement posted on the Montenegro Stock Exchange website reads.

The total gross dividend amount being paid is €400,000, which equals a gross of 21.09 cents per share.

“When making the payment, the gross dividend amount will be reduced by the applicable corporate profit tax, personal income tax, and surtax, in accordance with the applicable regulations, as well as by any related costs (transaction fees and the like),” the statement adds.

For shareholders whose personal information is correctly listed and who have an account with the Crnogorska Komercijalna Banka, the net dividend will be transferred to their account at that bank.

“Other shareholders will receive their dividend payments to their bank accounts after submitting a dividend payment request along with all required documentation and information: an identification document with the shareholder’s personal identification number, proof of the bank account number, as well as information about the residential address, contact phone number, and email address,” the statement specifies.

Requests should be submitted to the company’s headquarters at 55 8th March Street, Podgorica, from Monday to Friday, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., starting today, either in person or through an authorized representative, based on a certified power of attorney that includes all necessary authorizations.

“Requests may also be sent by mail to the listed address, in which case the signature on the request must be notarized according to the law, along with the required documentation,” the statement further explains.

The announcement and the dividend payment request with instructions will be available on the website www.plcmoraca.me.

Shareholders can claim their dividend payment within six months from the start of the payout.
