As a leader in the telecommunications sector, we are obligated to protect our business reputation and the credibility of our company, primarily for the benefit of our customers, as well as for society and the countries in which we operate. For this reason, we will use legal means in the shortest possible time to prove that our operations are in compliance with the law.
Since the company began providing telecommunications services in 2007, MTEL has operated in accordance with all relevant laws, respecting regulatory frameworks and ensuring a focus on the customers and their user experience.
MTEL is aware of the importance of competition protection for market development and the protection of the interests and rights of consumers/users of our services, and is fully committed to complying with competition protection regulations that ensure lawful, fair and ethical market competition. MTEL is clearly committed to acting in accordance with competition protection principles and free market rules, as well as competing in the market based on quality and a unique service offering.
The results and the trust of our users speak for the company. MTEL is the youngest operator in the Montenegrin market, and today holds over 40% of the market share in mobile telephony, internet, and cable services.
