Montenegro, The Tourist Organization of Budva presented the offer of the Budva Riviera at the specialized congress industry fair IBTM in Barcelona
, NewsTOB presented the offer of the Budva Riviera in cooperation with the Montenegrin Congress Bureau within the National Tourist Organization (NTO) and the Montenegrin tourism industry.
IBTM, which ended on Thursday, is one of the two most important fairs in the field of congress tourism in Europe.
“TOB representatives held meetings and presentations where the possibilities for organizing events in Budva were presented, as well as the destination itself, air connectivity and accommodation facilities”, the announcement states.
The greatest interest was shown by MICE industry professionals from the markets of Central and Western Europe, as well as the Far East.
There is an impression that Budva and Montenegro are recognized as a growing destination on the list of popular business travel destinations, especially due to the growing number of four and five star hotels.
According to experts, companies strive to improve their business results and communicate more effectively with employees, customers and business partners through the organization of various events, seminars and congresses. In this regard, Budva’s participation in this fair is of great importance for the further development and improvement of business tourism, especially from the point of view of the extension of the tourist season”, the statement added.
At the stand of the Montenegrin Congress Bureau of the NTO, in addition to TOB, the offer was presented by the local tourist organizations of Kotor and Bar, the hotel group Montenegro Stars, hotels Lazure Hotel & Marina, Azul Beach Resort Montenegro by Karisma, Blue Kotor Bay Premium Spa Resort, The Chedi Luštica Bay, Portonovi resort, as well as travel agencies Gold Travel, Explorer DMC, Montenegro in Style, Luminalis and Montenegro Tourist Service DMC.
