Montenegro, Revenues from tourism last year amounted to EUR 997 million
, NewsRevenues from tourism last year amounted to EUR 997 million and are EUR 275 million higher than in 2021, announced Prime Minister Dritan Abazović. He wrote on his Twitter account that revenues are only 50 million less compared to the record year of 2019.
“We continue with great news. I am particularly pleased by the fact that tourism revenues in the fourth quarter of last year amounted to EUR 123 million, which is the highest revenue ever registered in the fourth quarter,” added Abazović. He reminded that the revenues from tourism in the fourth quarter of 2019 amounted to only EUR 67 million.
“This is a clear indication that the Government is working on extending the tourist season and achieving the final goal through the campaign ‘Montenegro365 – tourism every day of the year!’ Montenegro is on the right track”, said Abazović.
