, NewsIn the last quarter of 2022, 114 construction permits and work applications were issued in Montenegro, Monstat announced.
As can be seen, that is 10 more permits compared to the third quarter of the same year, or even 89 more compared to the same period in 2021, when only 25 permits were issued. As they stated, out of the total number of issued building permits and work reports, 63 relate to citizens, while 51 relate to legal entities.
– If we look at the total number of apartments and their area, according to the issued work reports, it is planned to build 682 apartments, with a total area of 40,416 m² – Monstat data show.
