Montenegro, A slight drop in the unemployment rate
, NewsAt the end of February, there were 44.63 thousand unemployed people in Montenegro, 0.5 percent less than in January, according to data from the Employment Service (ZZZ).
According to the ZZZ monthly report, the unemployment rate fell from 19.33 percent to 19.24 percent. The highest rate, 32.7 percent, was recorded in July 2000, while the lowest was in August 2009, 10.1 percent. Since the beginning of the year, the Institute has registered 1.87 thousand new employees.
