Montenegro, GDP continued to grow in the fourth quarter of this year
, NewsThe gross domestic product (GDP) of Montenegro grew by 3.3% in the fourth quarter of this year and amounted to EUR 1.54 billion, according to Monstat’s preliminary data.
Monstat reminds that the GDP in the same period in 2021 amounted to 1.34 billion. When it comes to EU countries, the average growth rate of the economy was 1.5%. If we look at Europe, the economy of Ireland grew the most at 12%, followed by Malta at 4.7%, Cyprus and Romania at 4.6% and Greece at 4.5%.
Of the countries in the region, the highest GDP growth rate was recorded in Croatia – four percent. The economy of North Macedonia recorded a growth of 0.6%, Serbia 0.4%, Slovenia 0.2%.
