Kavarić Group receives environmental approval for apartment complex in Grbalj
, NewsKavarić Group has received approval from the Environmental Protection Agency for the construction of an apartment complex in Grbalj, Kotor.
The decision grants consent to the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report, confirming that it complies with regulations and includes measures to mitigate negative environmental impacts during construction, operation, and in case of accidents.
The project consists of six buildings with a total of 84 rental apartments and 87 parking spaces, covering a gross construction area of 6,513.3 m². It will be developed in two phases: two buildings in the first phase and four in the second. Each building will have a ground floor and two additional floors.
Additionally, Kavarić Group plans to build a new commercial facility next to the apartment complex, near its existing Zećanka furniture showroom.
