ING-CON and DACON to build new residential complex in Podgorica’s Zagorič neighborhood
, NewsCompanies ING-CON and DACON are planning to construct a residential building in the Podgorica neighborhood of Zagorič. The building will cover approximately 7,500 square meters and feature a total of 69 apartments in various layouts. Additionally, the ground floor will have four commercial spaces.
The project has received approval from the chief state architect, with the conceptual design created by the MLV studio.
According to the project details, the building will be constructed within the boundaries of the Zagorič 3 and 4 Detailed Urban Plan (DUP) – Zone 2, located on the KO Podgorica II cadastral plot. The site area designated for construction is slightly over 3,000 square meters, while the total area of the future building will be 7,419.17 m².
The building will consist of a basement, ground floor, two upper floors, and an attic, divided into two blocks. Block A will contain 40 apartments and 2 commercial spaces, while Block B will feature 29 apartments and 2 commercial spaces. The commercial spaces will be located on the ground floor, while the upper floors will be designated for residential units. A total of 69 apartments will be available in various configurations, including studios, one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bedroom, two-bedroom, and two-and-a-half-bedroom units.
The investment will be carried out in phases, with the construction of Block A scheduled as the first phase and Block B as the second phase.
The project also includes 82 parking spaces, 68 of which will be located in an underground garage and 14 in the outdoor parking area.
