The construction of 662 apartments is planned in the third quarter of this year in Montenegro
, NewsIn the third quarter of 2022, 104 construction permits and work notifications were issued in Montenegro, according to Monstat’s preliminary data. That is 18 permits more compared to the second quarter of this year, and even 38 more compared to the same period last year.
Of the total number of issued building permits and work reports, 70 pertain to natural persons, while 34 pertain to legal entities.
If we look at the total number of apartments and their area, according to the issued work reports, the construction of 662 apartments is planned in the third quarter. That’s almost double from last quarter, when the number was 333.
Compared to the same period last year, the number of planned apartments increased four times.
The total area of the planned apartments is 44,654 m², local media reports.
