Imported industrial products prices increased in fourth quarter of last year
, NewsThe prices of imported industrial products in Montenegro in the fourth quarter of last year, compared to the same period in 2021, increased by 9.5 percent, according to Monstat data.
Statisticians said that, compared to the fourth quarter of 2021, the mining and quarrying sector recorded growth of 1.3 percent, and the manufacturing industry 9.5 percent.
“Prices of imported industrial products in the last quarter of last year, compared to the third quarter, recorded an increase of 0.1 percent”, the announcement states.
Monstat said that, compared to the third quarter of last year, the mining and stone sector registered a growth of 0.3 percent, and the processing industry 0.1 percent. Statisticians said that the prices of manufacturers of industrial products for export in Montenegro in the fourth quarter of last year, compared to the same period in 2021, increased by 8.9 percent.
“Compared to the fourth quarter of 2021, the ore and stone extraction sector recorded a growth of 16.8 percent, and the processing industry 7.3 percent,” the announcement states.
The prices of manufacturers of industrial products for export fell by nine percent in the fourth quarter of last year, compared to the third quarter.
“Compared to the third quarter, the ore and stone extraction sector recorded a 5 percent drop, and the processing industry 9.8 percent,” the statement added.
