EPCG plans 115 MW Štedim solar power plant in Nikšić
, NewsThe Electric Power Company of Montenegro (EPCG) plans to build the Štedim solar power plant in Nikšić. The total capacity of the facility would be 115 MW, with an annual production of 169.72 GWh.
This is outlined in the proposed urban and technical conditions recently adopted by the Government at one of its sessions.
According to the document, the total area of the plots designated for the construction of the power plant is approximately 250 hectares.
The technical and technological characteristics of the Štedim solar power plant, prepared by the company Jawel Montenegro from Danilovgrad, state that the solar power plant will have a DC installed capacity of 137.028 MWp, equivalent to 115 MW on the AC side. The annual production of the plant would amount to approximately 169.72 GWh in its first operational year, as noted in the document.
