Dobra Gradnja plans construction of residential-commercial building in Bar
, NewsThe company Dobra Gradnja from Podgorica plans to build a residential-commercial complex in the Ilino neighborhood of Bar. The planned building will cover over 6,500 square meters. The ground floor will feature commercial spaces, while the seven upper floors will include tourist apartments and residential units.
This plan is outlined in the request submitted by the investor to the Environmental Protection Agency for a decision regarding the need to create an environmental impact assessment. The future building will consist of a basement, ground floor, and seven floors.
The basement will be designated for vehicle parking, while the ground floor will include six commercial spaces.
The upper floors are designed for tourist apartments and residential units. There will be a total of 25 apartments and 28 residential units. The first, second, and third floors will each contain eight apartments. The fourth floor will have one apartment and seven residential units. The fifth and sixth floors will each feature eight residential units, while the top seventh floor will have five units. The total floor area of the building’s upper levels is 5,535.44 square meters, while the entire structure, including the basement, will cover 6,565.87 square meters.
The concept for the building’s design was created by the Intesa Group studio from Bijelo Polje.
