Cijevna Hotel Group announces first asset sale tender
, NewsThe bankruptcy administration has issued its first tender for the sale of assets belonging to Cijevna Hotel Group from Podgorica. The assets being sold include garages, parking spaces and commercial properties in the capital city.
The first part of the sale includes a garage with an area of 993 m², several commercial and non-residential spaces totaling 457 m², multiple parking spaces of 14 m² each, and a technical room. These properties are located in the Kruševac neighborhood. Additionally, a 45 m² commercial space and several 11 m² garages in George Washington Boulevard are also up for sale. The minimum price for this portion of the assets is approximately EUR 10.98 million, and they are being sold exclusively as a whole.
The second part of the sale consists of three commercial spaces, also located on George Washington Boulevard. One commercial space is 37 m², while the other two are each 54 m². The ownership of these properties is shared between Cijevna Hotel Group and Samms from Podgorica.
These assets are also being sold as a whole, with a starting price of EUR 114,300.
The sale will be conducted through a public offer collection, with the deadline for submission set for April 7th by 12:00 PM. The offers will be opened on April 9th at 12:00 PM.
