Central Bank releases new list of companies with blocked accounts, showing decrease in blockages
, NewsThe Central Bank (CBCG) has published a new list of companies with blocked accounts, which includes 45 fewer blocked companies compared to the previous list.
The new list, which the CBCG publishes monthly in accordance with the Payment Transactions Law, features 20.9 thousand companies from the Central Register of Business Entities (CRPS) and the CBCG. Of the total number of blocked companies, 3.46 thousand are on the CBCG registry but are not listed in the CRPS.
According to the Payment Transactions Law, it is the CBCG’s responsibility to publish data regarding enforcement procedures, including the names of companies or entrepreneurs, their identification numbers, the amounts of account blockages, and the number of consecutive days the accounts have been blocked.
