Air Montenegro sees 29% increase in passengers and revenue in January
, NewsAir Montenegro transported 24,250 passengers in January, marking a 29% increase compared to the same period last year.
The national airline announced that 334 flights were operated, which is 70 more flights, or a 26.5% increase, compared to January of the previous year.
“With better cabin occupancy and higher fares, revenue grew by 470,000 EUR, or 33%, compared to January of last year,” the statement said.
This result reflects the dedicated efforts to increase the number of passengers, which contributed to additional growth during a period of reduced air traffic. The achieved results indicate a stable and positive growth trend for Montenegro’s national airline, which today celebrates its fourth anniversary since its founding.
“Encouraged by the results we are recording, we will continue to improve services and expand our offerings to meet the needs of our customers and contribute to the development of air traffic in Montenegro. We thank all our passengers for their trust, and we expect even better results in the coming months,” the statement concludes.
